We last met in 2009 on the heels of Obama’s election and in the depth of the worst economic and financial crisis since the Great Depression. In the past two years, the economic landscape has improved – but the socio-political landscape has continued to stratify as progressive and conservative agendas clash.
Overall, there are many New Normals. Companies are lean, and jobs are tight. Young entrepreneurs are creating their own jobs using social media and measuring social impact. And the socio-political landscape is getting more ugly.
Whether in thought or action - leading is a about passion, purpose and awareness.
